Ordering process

On the web you can choose the desired products and save them in the shopping cart.

To formalize the order, you must enter your personal information (Name, surnames, ID, address, shipping address, mobile phone and delivery method).
A screen with the details of the order, including the final sale price with taxes included, will be shown.

Before the payment, you can modify the order or validate it, if everything is correct. Please check that all the personal data is correct.

Choose the payment method and validate the options.

Once you have completed all the information, you will receive an “Order confirmation” email.

We will proceed to review the details of your order, product availability and payment verification. We will send you an email of “Acceptance of the order” where we will inform you of the date of shipment and its reference, for any query with the transport company.

After receiving this email, you will receive your product in a few!

Payment Methods

You can pay by debit / credit card or bank transfer.

In the card payments, the website does not store your bank details, as this process is done through a secure payment gateway (SSP) by Banco BBVA. Your data is protected in a secure site.

In the payment by bank transfer you must include the order number and your full name, in order to quickly identify the payment and be able to send the product to you without delay. The account number is:

Delivery methods/Shipping costs

The cost of the delivery in the province of Barcelona is included in the sale price, within a period of 3 working days.

For the rest of the zones and different deadlines, the rates are (VAT included):

Shipments are made to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy and the Netherlands.
The delivery time is 4 working days depending on the destination.

All products are accurately checked before the shipment to check their quality. However if there is a defect, the product can be returned. You can request a replacement or cancel the order.

You can return your purchase within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt in case of tare or defect. Returns are not accepted in any other case, except in case of “withdraw” as detailed in the General Terms and Conditions.

To proceed with the return, you must send an email to explaining the reasons. This email will be answered within a maximum of 5 working days. We will inform you how to proceed establish the collection. You will have 5 working days to return the order, according with the procedure sent.

Remember that the product have to be returned in its original packaging and with the corresponding labels attached. Otherwise the refund will not be paid.
Once we receive your returned order and confirmed the defect of the product as well as the rest of the specified conditions, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, using the same payment method that you have used. You will also have the option to request a new product that will be sent to you free of charge, provided that at this time we have available stock.
